Don Bartlett

Don Bartlett has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with particular focus on new business development, portfolio strategy, and investment management. Don holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. This honor is only given to professionals completing rigorous coursework in key real estate and financial disciplines and whose portfolios demonstrate superior proficiency. According to CCIM, only 6% of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide are distinguished as CCIMs. He currently serves as 2010 President for the Washington State CCIM Chapter and is one of 12 professionals nationwide to participate on the Legislative Affairs committee. Don also contributes his time as a board member for the Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors (WSCAR). Throughout his career, Don has successfully transacted with numerous Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 companies including KeyCorp, Microsoft, and PACCAR. Don’s creative and skilled approach has raised hundreds of millions in equity and revenue for his clients. Bethany Gordon

Bethany Gordon brings nearly a decade of leadership experience in the real estate and financial services industries to the Momentum team.  Her understanding of local markets and her ability to stay ahead of industry trends has helped her clients capitalize on their real estate investments and achieve financial success. She is particularly skilled at garnering new business and developing existing opportunity. Bethany has a talent for connecting people to the resources needed for profitability. Her extensive background, and proven track record, in conceptualizing and developing top marketing strategies and solutions has brought measurable results.  Under Bethany Gordon's leadership as President of Momentum Partners, Inc., the company is a driven organization that holds to a standard of results-oriented accountability.   Complimenting her professional qualities is an active life of service to the community.  She champions the cause of the homeless (especially homeless youth), volunteers routinely and is passionate about serving others. Bethany is the current President of Youth Resources, a Tacoma area non-profit that provides a supportive, structured environment for 18 to 21 year old homeless youth through a family living model. She is an active member of the Chamber of Commerce. Bethany is dedicated to bringing her clients optimum value for their investment.
